THE FOLLOWING TERMS are for our INDOOR EVENTS
NO OFFICIAL SWING REMIX are currently being held. However JUMPIN ENTERTAINMENT is hosting dance parties.

We are NOT recognizing any other entities running events under the SWING REMIX BRAND as we own the rights and intellectual property originally created and marketed from 2007 – 2020.

TERMS

Tickets can be purchased in advance at a discounted rate thru the links available above. Our Online Tickets are available through the THURSDAY prior to the event. After that, Door Sales will be available. The online discounted rates/prices are NOT available on the day of event. To assure entry, we recommend you purchase in advance or arrive early. REFUNDS for online purchases must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date. No Refunds after.

REFUNDS

Our refund policy has recently changed and all service fees are no longer refundable. This is due to the new policies with EventBrite. Attendees acknowledge that all Advanced Purchases and Door sales are NONREFUNDABLE. You are however permitted to transfer your tickets to others if needed. We will gladly listen to special circumstance requests for refunds on a case by case basis. Any such requests will be considered only up until 7 days prior to the event. Refunds must be requested in writing by emailing us at both events@jumpinentertainment.com and info@swingremix.com

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Jumpin Entertainment LLC reserves the right to replace/revise the talent ( instructors, performers) and subject matter (class material) with limited notice. Although we try our best to keep lineup as advertised, circumstances may require us to make changes. In those cases, we try our best to substitute out with equal value.

Additional Items that are subject to change wth limited notice include:

• Descriptions pertaining to dance classes, workshops and/or music lineup;
• Venue where dance lessons, workshops and/or music are offered;
• Pricing pertaining to workshops and admission;
• Featured talent (teachers, performers, musicians and djs).

Swing Remix reserves the exclusive right in its sole discretion to revoke the attendee’s admission without refund for inappropriate behavior or a violation of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

RELEASE & WAIVER

PLEASE be advised that by entering into any of our dance parties, you consent to be photographed or videotaped by our staff and/or our media professionals. You also consent that any recorded images and audio from this event may be used and reproduced in any and all media now known or hereafter devised for promotional, advertising, and/or educational purposes in association with Jumpin Entertainment LLC.

Advanced Tickets are non-refundable! Dance admission is required for the purchase of any specialty workshops.
